Die Regensburger Künstlerin arbeitet vor allem konzeptionell. Sie ist Autodidaktin, Mitglied beim BBK und seit vielen Jahren fester Bestandteil der lokalen Ausstellungsszene. Dem Thema Femizid nähert sie sich aus gesellschaftspolitischer und formal künstlerischer Sicht. Vor allem die Individualität der betroffenen Frauen, die Trauer über den Verlust für die Angehörigen und die Gewalt, die dahintersteht, bilden bei der hier gezeigten Arbeit die zentrale Aussage.

The Regensburg-based artist works primarily in a conceptual manner. She is self-taught, a member of the BBK (German Federal Association of Visual Artists), and has been an integral part of the local exhibition scene for many years. She approaches the topic of femicide from a socio-political and formal artistic perspective. Above all, the individuality of the women affected, the grief of their relatives over their loss, and the violence behind it form the central message of the work shown here.
